Week 1 - Fun in the Sun: June 28th - July 2nd
"Sunshine, Movement & Mindfulness"
​
Get ready for a bright, joy-filled camp experience that celebrates movement, connection, and inner calm! Fun in the Sun is a whole-camp program designed to energize campers with traditional lawn games and relay races, while also giving them space to slow down and reflect with yoga. 
​
​Wellbeing Focus: Creativity, Teamwork, Reflection and Mindfulness 
​
​Groups are separated by grades, and each group is supervised by senior counselors, junior counselors, and C.R.E.W. Leadership Members.



Week 2 - Innovation/Science & Discovery Week: July 5th – July 9th
"Innovate & Elevate: The Wellbeing STEM Challenge"
​
Campers collaborate in teams to create STEM-based ideas while exploring how science and technology can enhance self-care and community Wellbeing. 
 Wellbeing Focus: Innovation, teamwork, leadership, self-care. 
Groups are separated by grades, and each group is supervised by senior counselors, junior counselors, and C.R.E.W. Leadership Members.



Week 3 – Olympic Week: July 12th – July 16th
"The Wellbeing Games: Strength, Balance and Team Spirit”  ​
The Olympic spirit comes to life in this camp through physical and mental challenges that promote teamwork, physical fitness, and personal growth. Campers focus on setting goals, supporting each other and celebrating achievements, big and small.  
​Wellbeing Focus: Physical Fitness, teamwork, goal setting, self-esteem.  ​
Groups are separated by grades, and each group is supervised by senior counselors, junior counselors, and C.R.E.W. Leadership Members.



Week 4 – Rooted in Nature: July 19th – July 23rd
"Nature’s Neighbors"
​
​This camp week invites children to slow down, get curious, and connect with the living world around them. Campers will spend time learning about nature, wildlife, and gardening.  Through hands-on activities, outdoor play, and moments of reflection, children build confidence, compassion, and a sense of belonging in nature—while strengthening both body and heart. 
​
​Wellbeing Focus: Nature connection, emotional growth, physical activity, empathy, nurturing care. 
​
​Groups are separated by grades, and each group is supervised by senior counselors, junior counselors, and C.R.E.W. Leadership Members.



Week 5 – Myths & Legends: July 26th – July 30th
"Summer of Adventure"
​
Step into a world where dragons roam, magical creatures hide in the woods, heroes rise to the challenge, and every camper has a story to tell! Myths & Legends invites campers on a summer-long adventure filled with imagination, nature, creativity, exploration, and fun.
​
Each day brings a new legend to life through outdoor adventures, art, games, storytelling, mindfulness, and friendship. Along the way, campers will discover that the greatest legends are not always about mythical creatures. They are about courage, kindness, connection, and discovering the hero within yourself.
​

Week 6 - Fair & Festival: August 2nd – August 6th
"The Fair & Festival of Self-Discovery"

The Fair & Festival is all about fun, overcoming challenges and supporting each other. This camp week focuses on building emotion resilience and self-confidence, using teamwork to foster a sense of joy, creativity, and mindfulness.
​
Wellness Focus: Emotional resilience, confidence building, mindfulness, stress relief.
​
Groups are separated by grades, and each group is supervised by senior counselors, junior counselors, and C.R.E.W. Leadership Members.



Week 7 – Center Stage Extravaganza/Theater & Arts Week: August 9th – August 13th
"Unleashing Your Inner Strength"
​
​This week encourages campers to explore their unique talents while focusing on personal growth and self-expression. Through performances, art, and group showcases, campers learn to celebrate their individual strengths and build confidence.
​
​Wellness Focus: Confidence, self-expression, emotional health, and self-esteem.
​
​Groups are separated by grades, and each group is supervised by senior counselors, junior counselors, and C.R.E.W. Leadership Members.
