Wellness Team

The heart of JPH’s mission, the Wellness Team is made up of therapists, doctors, holistic practitioners, and healers who design and deliver innovative programs rooted in compassion and connection. They ensure that every offering nurtures mind, body, and spirit while remaining accessible to all.

Development Team

Leads fundraising, partnerships, and donor relations to sustain JPH’s mission and expand its reach. Through creative campaigns and community engagement, this team helps ensure that JPH’s transformative programs remain free or affordable to those in need.

Events & Culinary Team

Creates meaningful gatherings that celebrate community and wellbeing. From retreats and community suppers to seasonal festivals, this team ensures each event embodies JPH’s warmth and mission - often complemented by thoughtful, nourishing meals prepared with care.

Finance Team

Safeguards the organization’s financial health by managing budgets, accounting, and reporting with transparency. This team ensures every donation and dollar directly supports JPH’s purpose and long-term sustainability.

Communications Team

Shares JPH’s story and message of healing through heartfelt communication. This team oversees brand identity, digital outreach, and public messaging, building awareness and connection throughout the wider community.

Resource Team

Supports the daily operations of JPH by coordinating supplies, logistics, and volunteer efforts. This team ensures programs, events, and facility needs are met efficiently so staff and guests can focus on healing and connection.

Operations & Legacy

Protects the beauty, integrity, and sustainability of the JPH property and its history. This team oversees building maintenance, land stewardship, and conservation efforts to preserve Ferry Hill as a place of refuge for generations to come.

Horticulture & Gardening Team

Cultivates the land as part of JPH’s healing ecosystem. This team tends to the gardens, grounds, and native landscapes—creating spaces that inspire mindfulness, connection to nature, and environmental stewardship.

Arts Committee

Brings creativity and inspiration into all aspects of JPH. This committee curates art experiences, supports expressive workshops, and enhances the environment with works that reflect the beauty of healing and transformation.
