JPH Programs

At JPH, we are committed to making wellness accessible by offering a wide range of holistic programs that are mostly free, with some available at a low cost. We offer both adult and youth programs designed to support individual and community well-being, providing opportunities to reduce stress, nurture emotional health, and encourage self-expression in meaningful ways. These offerings invite participants to slow down, find balance, and connect with themselves and with others.

What makes our programs unique is their focus on whole-person care. Whether through movement, mindfulness, creativity, restorative practices, or other wellness experiences, each program is intentionally created to meet people where they are and provide tools that can be carried into everyday life. By fostering a welcoming and thoughtful environment, JPH helps strengthen community bonds while also empowering individuals to navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience.

Through these holistic offerings, JPH is building more than just programs. We are cultivating a culture of connection, healing, and renewal that benefits both participants and the broader community.

Join us, connect, learn, and be part of a movement that blends fun, purpose, and community spirit.

For those seeking job skill training, joining our event teams provides hands-on experience in areas like hospitality, culinary work, and event coordination. Every experience strengthens both personal growth and community connection, helping JPH continue its mission of wellness, learning, and togetherness.

Hear From Our Community

"I first came to JPH during one of the hardest chapters of my life. I was struggling with severe anxiety and navigating deep depression. Although I had been sober from alcohol for nearly two and a half years, I was doing it alone, isolating myself, disconnecting from any real sense of community or support. I knew I needed something more, but I didn’t know where to find it. From the moment I walked into JPH, I felt a shift. The space itself is welcoming, but it’s the people who make it transformative. I was met with kindness, compassion, and a level of understanding I hadn’t experienced in a long time. Being surrounded by so many loving, caring, and like-minded individuals helped me begin to open up again. Slowly, I found myself becoming more social, more grounded, and more hopeful. JPH gave me more than a place to go, it gave me a place to belong. Reminding me that you don’t have to do this alone."

"Since finding JPH at Ferry Hill I finally feel like I can just be, It’s truly a breath of fresh air.  This place is my safe space, my home away from home and these people are my chosen family. They understand me like no one else ever has & I finally don’t feel so alone."

"JPH has given me the chance to explore so many amazing offerings- from Art Therapy classes, hand knitting (my first program), grounding, sound bowl meditation, cold plunge and sauna- I have discovered so many amazing programs in a place that encourages me to try new things and it’s helped me to develop a deep love and resource that I badly needed.

The relationships I’ve created, knowing there is always someone I can reach out to for help or an encouraging word (and often do), knowing that that person wants only the best for me- it’s amazing!"
