Weekly Camp Themes
Week 1 - Fun in the Sun: June 29th - July 2nd
“Sunshine, Movement & Mindfulness”
Get ready for a bright, joy-filled camp experience that celebrates movement, connection, and inner calm! Fun in the Sun is a whole-camp program designed to energize campers with traditional lawn games and relay races, while also giving them space to slow down and reflect with yoga.
Wellness Focus: Creativity, Teamwork, Reflection and Mindfulness
Groups are separated by grades, and each group is supervised by senior counselors, junior counselors, and counselors in training.



Week 2 - Innovation Week: July 6th – July 10th
Campers collaborate in teams to create STEM-based ideas while exploring how science and technology can enhance self-care and community wellness.
Wellness Focus: Innovation, teamwork, leadership, self-care.
Groups are separated by grades, and each group is supervised by senior counselors, junior counselors, and counselors in training.



Week 3 – Olympic Week: July 13th – July 17th
"The Wellness Games: Strength, Balance and Team Spirit”
The Olympic spirit comes to life in this camp through physical and mental challenges that promote teamwork, physical fitness, and personal growth. Campers focus on setting goals, supporting each other and celebrating achievements, big and small.
Wellness Focus: Physical Fitness, teamwork, goal setting, self-esteem.
Groups are separated by grades, and each group is supervised by senior counselors, junior counselors and counselors in training.



Week 4 – Wild at Heart: A Week in Nature: July 20th – July 24th
“Wellness in the Wilderness”
In this camp week, children are encouraged to explore the outdoors and tap into their innate resilience, curiosity and creativity, with activities like nature hikes, mindfulness in nature and outdoor challenges, campers strengthen both body and mind while connections to the natural world.
Wellness Focus: Nature connection, physical health, emotional resilience, mindfulness
Groups are separated by grades, and each group is supervised by senior counselors, junior counselors, and counselors in training.



Week 5 – Rooted in Nature: July 27th – July 31st
“Nature’s Neighbors”
This camp week invites children to slow down, get curious, and connect with the living world around them. Campers will spend time learning about nature, wildlife, and gardening. Through hands-on activities, outdoor play, and moments of reflection, children build confidence, compassion, and a sense of belonging in nature—while strengthening both body and heart.
Wellness Focus: Nature connection, emotional growth, physical activity, empathy, nurturing care.
Groups are separated by grades, with each group supported by senior counselors, junior counselors, and counselors-in-training to ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging experience.



Week 6 - The Art of the Circus: August 3rd – August 7th
“The Circus of Self-Discovery”
The circus is all about fun, overcoming challenges, and supporting each other. This camp week focuses on building emotion resilience and self-confidence, using circus arts and teamwork to foster a sense of joy, creativity and mindfulness.
Wellness Focus: Emotional resilience, confidence building, mindfulness, stress relief.
Groups are separated by grades, and each group is supervised by senior counselors, junior counselors, and counselors in training.



Week 7 – Center Stage Extravaganza: August 10th – August 14th
"Unleashing Your Inner Strength"
This week encourages campers to explore their unique talents while focusing on personal growth and self-expression. Through performances, art, and group showcases, campers learn to celebrate their individual strengths and build confidence.
Wellness Focus: Confidence, self-expression, emotional health, self-esteem.
Groups are separated by grades and each group is supervised by senior counselors, junior counselors and counselors in training.
